1. Agreement
By creating an account, signing in, or using the Smart Kidz app (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a child, you confirm that you are a parent/guardian or have authority from the school.
2. Service scope
The Service helps parents, teachers, and administrators follow report cards and daily activity, read announcements, manage student enrollment, and view or pay tuition bills. The chat menu is still in development and is not a production communication channel until we announce its availability.
3. Eligibility and accounts
The Service is intended for users connected to a Smart Kidz program. Provide accurate information and update it when it changes. You are responsible for protecting your password, device, and access tokens and must report unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
Use the Service only for lawful education and administration. You must not access data you are not authorized to use, provide false information, impersonate another person, share credentials, upload unlawful or harmful content, interfere with security, or copy/sell the Service without permission.
5. Student data and content
Make sure you have the necessary basis and permission before entering child or family data, documents, photos, report cards, daily activity, or other information. You are responsible for accuracy and your use of announcement features. If chat is enabled in a future version, use it respectfully and do not share unnecessary personal data.
6. Educational information
Report cards, daily activity, statuses, and other information support educational communication. They are not medical diagnoses, professional advice, or a guarantee of learning outcomes. Confirm important decisions with the responsible school or teacher.
7. Tuition payments
Fees, due dates, cancellations, refunds, and purchased services follow information from the relevant branch or payment gateway. You agree to transaction processing through the selected channel. Keep your invoice number and receipt for questions or disputes.
8. Ownership
The app, Smart Kidz brand, design, software, and supporting materials belong to PT Optima Multi Sinergi or its licensors. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service under these Terms.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but maintenance, network issues, or events outside our control may cause interruption. Features, including chat while it is in development, and these Terms may change.
10. Suspension and termination
We or the relevant school may limit or end access after a violation, security risk, legal requirement, or when an account is no longer needed. You may request deletion through our account deletion page.
11. Disclaimer and governing law
To the extent allowed by law, the Service is provided as available. We are not responsible for losses caused by credentials you share, decisions based on unverified educational information, third-party failures, or events outside our control. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
