Privacy & Account Deletion

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your Smart Kidz account through our secure support channel.

Important: If account deletion is available in the app, start there first. This page provides an email support route for verification and cases that need assistance.

Send an email request

Email us from the address connected to your Smart Kidz account. Use this subject so we can route the request quickly:

Include in the message:

  1. The account owner’s name and account email address.
  2. Request type: access, correction, restriction, or deletion.
  3. If relevant, the student name or connected branch so we can locate the right data.
  4. Confirmation that you understand deleting an account may end access to report cards, daily activity, announcements, enrollment, tuition payments, and features available to your account.

Do not send a password, one-time code, card number, or identity document in your first email. We will explain the minimum verification step needed through an official channel.

What happens next?

  1. We receive the request. Support records its category and scope.
  2. We verify ownership. We may ask for confirmation from the registered email or other minimum information to prevent an unauthorized deletion.
  3. We review impact. We identify the account, child/family data, documents, report cards, daily activity, announcements, transactions, notifications, and related data within scope.
  4. We delete or explain. Data without a continuing reason to keep it is deleted, anonymized, or isolated. We will explain if some data must be retained.
  5. We confirm. We send an update by email when complete or when more information is needed.

What happens after deletion?

You will no longer be able to sign in or access data connected to the account. Student data, documents, reports, daily activity, announcements, notifications, and chat if enabled for your account will be handled under our Privacy Policy and the capabilities of our systems.

Transaction, security, or other records may be retained when needed for legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate recordkeeping. Retained data is limited to those purposes.
