PT Optima Multi Sinergi ("Smart Kidz", "we", "us") operates the Smart Kidz app to help parents, teachers, and administrators follow report cards and daily activity, receive announcements, manage student enrollment, and process tuition payments. This policy explains the information we process and your choices.
This policy applies to the Smart Kidz app and this support/legal website. This website is static and does not offer accounts, forms, advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies.
2. Information we process
The information depends on the features you use and your relationship with a Smart Kidz school or branch.
- Account data: name, email, username, a protected form of your password, role, branch, and authentication tokens.
- Student and family data: a child’s name, identifiers supplied during enrollment, birth details, gender, address, school, parent information, phone, email, and enrollment notes.
- Enrollment documents: birth certificates, parent identification, family cards, forms, photos, and other files you upload.
- Education data: report cards, daily activity, programs, roadmaps, modules, history, feedback, announcements, and student status.
- Transactions: tuition invoices, payment method/channel, amount, status, time, and references. Card details or payment credentials are handled by the relevant payment gateway.
- Technical data: IP address, device, operating system, app version, request time, security logs, and notification tokens.
- Chat: the chat menu is still in development. If enabled in a future version, message content and necessary metadata will be processed under this policy.
3. How we use information
- Create and secure accounts, authenticate users, recover passwords, and manage profiles.
- Process student enrollment, documents, verification, invoices, tuition payments, and receipts.
- Display report cards, daily activity, roadmaps, history, announcements, and status according to role.
- Send relevant announcements and notifications.
- Provide support, prevent abuse, maintain security, and improve reliability.
- Meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.
4. Service providers and sharing
We may give limited access to API/hosting and file storage infrastructure, email delivery, Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications, and payment gateways such as iPaymu or Midtrans when you choose them. They may use data only to provide the assigned service.
Information may be visible to authorized schools, branches, teachers, or administrators to operate the education service. We may disclose information when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
5. Children and parental consent
Student information should be provided by a parent/guardian or authorized school representative. We do not ask children to create independent accounts without parent/guardian involvement. If you believe a child’s information was provided without appropriate permission, contact us for review.
6. Security
We use reasonable safeguards including encrypted transmission, role-based access, credential protection, and activity logging. No system is risk-free.
7. Storage and retention
We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, complete transactions or disputes, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. When no longer needed, data is deleted, anonymized, or isolated. Transaction or security records may be retained longer when required by law.
8. Your rights and choices

The latest version and effective date will appear on this page when features, providers, or legal obligations change.
